Join us for the OHH Rockies Clays Shoot at noon on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Colorado Clays, Brighton, Colorado.
Join us for a fun day of shooting and MORE, including games, drawings, prizes and trophies. Registration will begin at 11:00 AM, flight at 12:30 PM. Shooters provide their own ammo (No. 7 1/2, 8, 9 shot only).

SCHEDULE: Registration at 11 a.m. with lunch followed with the shoot at 12:30 p.m.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
- Location: Shooters Station Arms Indoor Range on Hwy. 105 (west of Interstate 45 towards Montgomery, TX)
- Each team will consist of four (4) shooters
- Cost per four (4) man team: $500
- Open to all levels, from beginner to the more experienced shooter
- Pistol caliber only, with minimum caliber .380 and up (no rifle caliber pistols allowed)
- Eye and ear protection required for all shooters and volunteers inside shooting ranges
- Revolvers or auto loaders of shooters choice may be used. No optic sights, open sights only
- Match will be shot in flights (number depending on number of teams)
- Each flight is estimated to take approximately one and a half hours to complete
- Projected flight times (subject to change) will be 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. More flight times will be added in the afternoon if necessary
- Recommend each shooter have 4-6 magazines or 6 speed loaders for revolvers
- Loading at shooting lines with magazines or speed clips only - no loose ammo will be loaded on the shooting line
- Pistol bags or boxes required and must be used. No firearms in holsters may be worn inside of Shooter Station Arms. No handling of except in side of range and only when instructed to do so by range officer.
- Course of fire for three stages will require no more than 50 rounds per shooter. However, the Stump Shoot stage can require 50 rounds or more depending on how fast the shooter can load and shoot and the effectiveness of all team shooters. We recommend that each shooter bring a minimum of 100 rounds of ammo for the shoot. If shooting in more than one team then bring ammo accordingly
- Fun team scenarios will be employed including: individual paper targets, bowling pins (flurry), pistol clays, and cutting 4X4 in half (Stump Shoot). All will challenge team skill and coordination while being a fun experience
- Food will be provided for all flights. Drinks will be provided by Shooters Station Arms for all participants
- No alcoholic beverages allowed on Shooters Station Arms property at any time. Please observe this rule
- Safety and safe firearms practice and handling are essential to the safety of all. Each participant is a Safety Officer. All shooters must attend a safety briefing before the match and turn in release forms before shooting

As a sponsor, your company will help offset event expenses to allow maximum proceeds to be used to benefit oilfield families in financial crisis. RULES & REGULATIONS
Entry
- Teams consist of 2 or 3 fishers.
- Entry fee is $300 per team, regardless of 2 or 3 persons.
- All entry fees must be paid at or before rules meeting.
- Rules meeting set for May 29, 2020, at 7:00 pm at Tobacco Gardens Resort and Marina.
- Minimum of 75% of entry fees will be paid back to contestants.
- One person from each team MUST attend the rules meeting.
Fishing
- Any contestant determined to be cheating will be disqualified and publicized.
- Only Walleye, Sauger, and Saugeye will be accepted.
- Teams will be held in requirement to North Dakota Game and Fish regulations.
- CULLING fish is not allowed! • Teams will be required to place fish in cooler or livewell. NO DEAD FISH WILL BE WEIGHED! (this rule will be enforced with no question)
- Contestants will be courteous, safety-conscious and practice fundamental sporting principles at all times.
- In this tournament the proposed weigh in rules are: 6 fish per team (each angler may keep their 5 fish limit, but only weight in 6 fish total for team)
- Tournament officials retain the right to delay, cancel, or restrict tournament boundaries in case of severe weather.
Regulations
- The tournament boundaries will be the North Side of New Town bridge to the east, and the Camp Cherith (Boy Scout camp) to the west.
- Follow up information on boundaries will be provided at rules meeting.
- All current US Coast Guard and ND Game and Fish Regulations must be followed.
Weigh In
- One scale will be used to weight in all fish for tournament.
- Competition for the tournament will be 8:00 am-4:00 pm CST on Saturday June 1, 2019. In the event of needing to split into two flights for safety, the hours will be 8:30 am-4:30 pm for the second flight. Any team returning late will have their weight accepted at the discernment of tournament officials.
- Weigh in will be at Lewis & Clark building, Tobacco Gardens Resort.
