Come enjoy our Crawfish & Crude Cook-Off, benefitting the Oilfield Helping Hand DFW Chapter! Join us as a cook team, sponsor or attendee and learn about our mission to help oilfield families in crisis while enjoying some tasty boil & gumbo! We’ll be giving out prizes, trophies and giveaways including guns and a Texafari Hunt. Don’t miss out and register today before prices increase at the door!
Kids 10 and under free with an adult ticket
Students 11 and up 15 dollars with an adult ticket.

- Admission Options:
- General Admission: $30 each for early bird tickets, price increases to $50 onsite
> Tickets include unlimited food tasting & 2 drink tickets
- VIP Admission: $75 each for early bird tickets, price increases to $100 onsite
> Tickets include unlimited food tasting, private VIP bartender & open bar - Cook-Off Competition:
- Cook teams can enter to compete in up to three categories (crawfish boil, dessert and other (gumbo/jambalaya). There is a single entry fee of $500.
- Cook teams must provide their own 20’x30’ set-up (tent, tables, etc.)
- Water and electricity will be providers; generators welcome
- Setup begins at 9:00 AM and serving is at 12:00 PM

TIME: 12:00 - 8:00 PM
Chapter Leadership Team Members and Volunteers
- 8:45 AM – Set Up
Cook Teams
- 9:00 AM – Setup Begins
- 12:00 PM – Serving Begins
- Cook Teams must provide their own 20’x30’ set-up (tent, tables, etc.)
- Onsite – water, trashcans, a sink, electricity, and bathrooms
- Generators welcomed
- Most cook locations will be within 100 feet of the power source
- Please bring extension cords if you require power
- Ice for coolers will be delivered at – 8:30 AM
- Crawfish will be delivered at – 8:30 AM
- Crawfish price will be $4.00 per lb. May go down by delivery.
- 12:00 PM – Serving of food starts.
- Crawfish will be ready to eat at noon and freshly made throughout the day. Each cook team will serve portion
Guests
- 12:00 PM - Arrive at the front gate entrance
- Complimentary Valet Parking (Tips are Appreciated)
- 12:00 PM – Doors Open (Registration and Wristbands, Game Boards, and 50/50)
- 12:45 PM – Opening Announcements
- Crawfish will be ready to eat at noon and freshly made throughout the day.
- Attendees will vote on best food per competition team. Via cash donation boxes at each Cook Team site.
- 1:30 PM – Live music – Jordan Stoltz
- 3:30 Each Cook Team will supply 6 small portions to judges per category.
- 4:30 Announcement of 1st, 2nd, 3rd place. (If boards are sold out then we will announce winners/ draw)
- 5:00 PM Live music – Clete Bradley
- 7:45 PM – Closing statements and announcements of Best Cook Team and Game Boards Winners
- 8:00 PM – Event Ends
