OHH announced the appointment of a new President and Chairman of the Board, as well as the full slate of officers and board members for 2016.

“It is my honor and privilege as current president of OHH to announce that Darryl Swilley has been elected President and Chairman of the Board of OHH for 2016 and 2017,” says Gary Brooks. “It has been a very humbling and life changing experience serving as president of the organization the past two years, I am honored to have been allowed the privilege.”

Darryl Swilley, a longtime member of OHH, has served on numerous business committees that have been instrumental in the growth and direction of OHH today. He has also served as a Vice President and Director since 2012 and currently serves as Co-chair of the Golf Tournament Committee and the Saltwater Fishing Tournament committee, while also serving on the Selection Committee and the Sporting Clays Committee along with numerous other endeavors. “It is with profound respect that I pledge my commitment to continue to lead this great organization with humility, grace, compassion and professionalism,” says Swilley. “I also challenge each and everyone in the oilfield to get more involved and become an active member and a steward of our industry.”

Under the new direction, OHH will be adding additional support to the leadership of the organization and is currently in the process of implementing many new projects that they are confident will further highlight and strengthen the organization while making their popular fundraising events even more enjoyable and productive. “OHH will continue to build on the foundation that has been laid in recent years with our new chapters and seek to further support them with direct interaction and national support,” says Swilley.
