Join us for the Inaugural OHH Eagle Ford Scramble for Charity Golf Tournament on March 7, 2025, at the Alice Municipal Golf Course, 2290 N Texas Blvd, Alice, TX 78332. Whether you’re an avid golfer or simply looking to support a great cause, this tournament promises a fun and fulfilling day as we raise money for South Texas oilfield families in financial crisis. Participating as a sponsor or team in this tournament promises to provide plenty of networking opportunities with industry colleagues. TIME: Registration starts at 7:30 a.m.; Tee Time at 9:00 a.m.
EVENT RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Teams not registered by 8:30 a.m. may lose their spot in the Tournament. Because this is a charity event, refunds will not be given for no-shows.
- Format: 4-Man Scramble
- Every golfer will take one shot from each lie, and one score will be recorded for the team.
- No more than two mulligans per player. $40 – Purchase includes eight total mulligans. Mulligans can be purchased online or during registration.
- Lie may be improved by up to 2 club lengths, no closer to pin and not improving surface (ex. moving from rough to fairway)
- 3 Person Teams will receive one additional shot per lie, and will rotate players in a consistent order to use the additional shot – we will make every effort to avoid 3 person teams - Bogey Is Your Friend – The maximum score that you can card will be a bogey – If your par shot is not holed, please pick up your balls and record a bogey as your score.
- Closest to Pin and Longest Drive – Ball must be on green and in fairway, respectively.

Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. Tee time at 9 a.m.
Come early and enjoy breakfast provided by the golf course. Mandatory safety meeting starts at 8:30 a.m.

FAQ:
- Teams consist of four (4) golfers.
- All registered golfers will receive a goody bag
- Registration begins at 7:30 a.m.
- Tee Time at 9:00 a.m.
- All players, volunteers, and onsite sponsors MUST sign an OHH event Release & Waiver of Liability Agreement form.
- Cook Team and Hole with Tent Sponsors are required to sign an Alice Municipal Agreement Form
- Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. All alcohol must be purchased through Alice Municipal Golf Club.
- Deadline for sponsor registration is February 25, 2025
- Deadline for team entry is February 25, 2025. Player names are due by March 4, 2025.
