Oilfield Helping Hands (OHH) is teeing up its Inaugural DFW OHH Memorial Charity Golf Tournament on Friday, September 11th, and you’re invited to join the fun at Bear Creek Golf Club, one of DFW’s top golf destinations. This signature event brings our industry together for a great day on the course — and an even greater cause.

Every sponsorship and team registration supports oilfield families facing unexpected financial hardship through no fault of their own. It’s a chance to give back to our own while enjoying friendly competition, meaningful connections, and plenty of laughs along the way. We would also like to thank our First Responders, Veterans and Activity Duty Military by offering a 25% discount per team registered with one of our Heroes.

Square Boards/Raffle Tickets/Silent Auction: 12:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Welcome/Mandatory Safety Briefing: 1:30 p.m.

Shotgun Start: 2:00 p.m.

Announcements: 7:30 p.m.

Awards/Door Prizes/Auction Winners: 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m

After Party/Live Entertainment: 4:00 – 10:30 p.m

FAQ:

Teams consist of four (4) golfers.
All registered golfers will receive a goody bag.
Registration begins at 12:00 p.m.
Shotgun start is at 2:00 p.m.
All players, volunteers, and onsite sponsors MUST sign an OHH event Release & Waiver of Liability Agreement form.
Cook Team and Hole with Tent Sponsors are required to sign a Bear Creek Golf Club Sponsor Agreement Form.
Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. All alcohol must be purchased through Bear Creek Golf Club.
Deadline for sponsor registration is August 28, 2026.
Deadline for team registration is September 4, 2026. Player names are due by September 4th, 2026.
